Using the AI Financial Simulator
How to ask financial 'what-if' questions and interpret what the AI tells you.
- 1
Open the AI Simulator
The AI Simulator appears at the bottom of your Dashboard, or you can access the full-page version via "Simulator" in the left sidebar.
- 2
Use Smart Picks (recommended for first time)
The simulator suggests 2–3 personalised questions based on your weakest financial areas. These are the highest-impact questions for your specific situation. Click any suggestion to use it directly.
Smart Picks are generated from your real data. They highlight areas where a small change would have the biggest impact on your FIRE age.
- 3
Browse the Question Library
If you want to explore a specific topic, click the category tabs: Loans, Investments, Career, Retirement, Insurance. Each category has 3 pre-written questions. Select one or modify it before sending.
- 4
Type your own question
You can type any financial question in plain language. Examples: • 'What happens if I take a ₹50L home loan at 9% for 20 years?' • 'If I get a 30% salary hike, how does my FIRE age change?' • 'Should I invest my ₹5L bonus in equity or use it to prepay my loan?'
- 5
Read the AI's response
The AI responds with: 1. Clear impact analysis (what changes) 2. Quantified outcomes (FIRE age change in years, SIP adjustment in ₹) 3. Actionable recommendation (what to do) 4. Risk warnings (what could go wrong) The AI knows your full financial profile — it does not give generic advice.
- 6
Continue the conversation
The simulator supports multi-turn conversation. Ask follow-up questions — the AI remembers the context from the current session. For example: 'OK, what if I put ₹2L of the bonus in prepayment and the rest in equity?'
The AI provides projections, not personalised investment advice. Always consult a SEBI-registered advisor before making large financial decisions.
