FUMONEY is a financial planning tool that provides projections, calculators, and AI-powered simulations for personal financial planning. The Service is designed for Indian salaried professionals and uses Indian inflation rates, tax frameworks, and INR currency.

3. Not Financial Advice

FUMONEY is an informational tool, not a SEBI-registered investment advisor. All projections, scores, and AI-generated recommendations are based on mathematical models and assumptions — they do not constitute personalised financial, tax, or investment advice.

You should consult a qualified, SEBI-registered financial advisor before making any investment decisions. FUMONEY is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on the information provided by the Service.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

6. Accuracy of Projections

All financial projections are based on user-provided inputs and assumed rates (inflation, returns, etc.). Actual outcomes may vary significantly. FUMONEY does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any projection, score, or AI-generated insight.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUMONEY and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
